Kangaroo Island is well known for its clean, healthy environment. Tom and Fiona Fryar's Free Range Poultry Farm covers 3,000 acres and is situated near Kingscote on Kangaroo Island.

They run 35,000 hens on the farm, producing approx 10,000 doz eggs per week and supplying in excess of 100 outlets across Kangaroo Island, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.
